SHIPPING POLICY:

All shipments:

Packages are current sent without signature confirmation by default. Please contact us at support@readymaderc.com prior to placing the order if you would like us to require a signature for your delivery. 

Orders containing only in stock ready to ship items ordered before 2:30pm Eastern time on a business day will be shipped shipped the same day. Orders containing out of stock items will be held until all items are available. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner please place separate orders.

Shipments will be sent to the address entered in the shipping address field on our web page during checkout. Ready Made RC, LLC cannot be held responsible if the incorrect shipping address is entered by the customer during checkout. For fraud protection, shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order has been placed. Carriers often leave packages outside customer location. Once a package is delivered by the carrier, Ready Made RC, LLC considers the delivery completed. Any liability for theft or damage after delivery is held by the customer. Ready Made RC, LLC may assist the customer in asking the carrier for a trace of the shipment when possible, but it must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery of the shipment.

FedEx and UPS can not ship to PO Boxes. Failure to enter a valid street address may delay your shipment.

Ready Made RC, LLC reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders that have indicators showing there is some risk that a stolen credit card is possibly being used. Paying through PayPal is recommended for new customers purchasing high value items to prevent possible order cancellations or delays.

Shipments with stand-alone lithium batteries cannot be shipped via air. More detailed battery rules can be found here.

Shipments containing flammable glue cannot be shipped via air. More detailed information can be found here.

Below are the various shipping types and their restrictions. We strongly recommend the use of FedEx shipping options for reliable delivery times.

US Shipping:

We recommend FedEx shipping for reliability and shipping speed. USPS does not give us a scheduled pickup time, and they typically pick up first thing in the morning. For most USPS shipments, we will prepare your shipment as usual but they will normally be picked up the next morning.

Note: Effective March 13, 2024, due to unreliable pickup service from the USPS, we are currently not offering shipping options that use the US Postal Service. 

USPS Ground Advantage (Previously First Class and Parcel Select): This shipping method has no guaranteed delivery time. Until we receive confirmation from the USPS, we have to consider this is an air shipping conveyance for shipping lithium batteries.

USPS Ground (Alaska and Hawaii): This shipping method has no guaranteed delivery time and could take a few weeks to arrive. These will be shipped USPS Parcel Select. This is a ground shipping conveyance.

USPS Priority: Delivery times for this method are estimates and not guaranteed. This is an air shipping conveyance.

FedEx Ground Economy: Delivery times for this method are estimates and not guaranteed. Although previously called Smartpost, these are now delivered by FedEx rather than the USPS. Ground Economy shipments are subject to being held by FedEx when their system is busy. This is a ground shipping conveyance for the continental US, and air shipping otherwise.

FedEx Ground: Delivery days are estimated and likely, but not backed by a money back guarantee by FedEx. This is a ground shipping conveyance for the continental US, and air shipping otherwise.

FedEx 2-Day: Delivery day guaranteed by FedEx. This is an air shipping conveyance.

FedEx Next Day: Delivery day guaranteed by FedEx and delivered Monday-Friday. This is an air shipping conveyance.

FedEx Saturday : If available based on shipping day and destination, delivery day guaranteed by FedEx. This is an air shipping conveyance.

Store Pickup: Only available when a shipping address in Ohio is listed. Customer may pick up their order during normal pickup hours.

International Shipping:

Recipient is responsible for all customs duties, brokerage fees, or import duties as charged by the carrier. FedEx will charge brokerage processing fees in addition to any customs duties for shipments transported through them (see below). Ready Made RC, LLC reserves the right to cancel or deny any orders if export or import laws may restrict shipping of these products to your country. To avoid problems with export regulations, we ask that the total product cost must be under $2500 per day for international orders.

We strongly recommend FedEx Express for international shipments. USPS and Economy Mail may not offer tracking to all locations and delivery times can vary.

FedEx Connect Plus: This is a new service from FedEx that offers fast shipping PLUS prepaid customs brokerage. The recipient will still be responsible for Duties and Taxes. The shipping times are estimated but not a guarantee. THIS IS OUR RECOMMENDED SHIPPING METHOD WHEN AVAILABLE.

USPS First Class International: The shipping times for this method are estimates only and not guaranteed. Shipping is considered an air and is shipped through the US Postal Service.

FedEx Ground: The shipping times for this method are estimates only and not guaranteed. This option is only available for Canada and Mexico and is a ground conveyance.

USPS Priority: The shipping times for this method are estimates only and not guaranteed. This is an air shipping conveyance through the US Postal Service.

FedEx Economy Air: The shipping times for this method are estimates only and not guaranteed. This is an air shipping conveyance via FedEX.

FedEx Express Air: The shipping times for this method are estimates only and not guaranteed. This is an air shipping conveyance via FedEX.

Payment Restrictions for New Customers:

As a protection against credit card fraud, we have enabled some restrictions on payment options for new customers. Orders for new customers where the billing and shipping address are not the same will be limited to paying via Paypal (PayPal account not required) or wire transfer. New customers using international credit cards that do not offer address verification are likely to have the order cancelled if PayPal isn't used as the payment method. We also reserve the right to hold or cancel orders that show signs of increased fraud risk. All orders for new customers are closely scrutinized for various factors to determine fraud risk. 

Order Refusals or Returned Orders:

Orders which are returned to RMRC due to an incorrect shipping address supplied by the customer will be given the option to pay for the package to be re-sent to a corrected address or have the order refunded minus the original shipping costs plus return shipping costs and credit card fees. If the error is due to an error caused by RMRC, we will offer the option to re-ship the item for free.

Orders that are refused by the recipient will have the amount of the return shipping plus any applicable duties/taxes removed from the refund, in addition to the original shipping charges. None of these costs are refunded by the shipping carriers to RMRC. In the case of international orders, typically the return shipping plus taxes/duties is more than the cost of the products. Customers agree they WILL NOT refuse any shipments when placing an order with RMRC.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

When possible, orders may be cancelled prior to shipping and a refund or store credit may be issued. Orders generally cannot be cancelled after they are listed in the "Shipped" status. To cancel an order please reach out to us via our support system. We will process the cancellation if we are able to process the support ticket in time. Since credit card processors no longer refund payment fees when a payment is cancelled, we will initially offer a store credit that you can apply to future orders. If you are not planning a new purchase soon or if you prefer, we are also able to issue a full refund. 

In most cases, special order items may not be cancelled or returned, with the exception of warranty replacements. 

RETURNS POLICY

Please report any problems you are having to us via e-mail at support@readymaderc.com or open a support ticket at support.readymaderc.com. Please do not ship items back prior to contacting us and receiving a return authorization.

In general, unless specified directly by the manufacturer, items are covered for warranty for 30 days after receipt. All warranties cover defects in material or workmanship only. Ready Made RC, LLC cannot be held responsible for damage due to crashes, incorrect installation, or any other user error. Additionally, warranty cannot be claimed with the manufacturers for equipment that has been modified, therefore the user should ensure the equipment is tested in stock condition to verify proper working condition upon receipt. At our discretion we often will work with a customer to get a replacement for an item up to 1 year after purchase if it determined that the problem is a factory defect.

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping and a full refund can be issued. To cancel an order please reach out to us via our support system. In most cases, special order items may not be cancelled or returned, with the exception of warranty replacements. 

For US orders within 30 days of purchase, ReadyMadeRC will, at its discretion, replace faulty components and include return shipping for those components. After 30 days, the customer is responsible for shipping the items back to ReadyMadeRC for warranty coverage. All returns require an RMA form and support ticket number, which can be obtained by opening a support ticket at www.readymaderc.com/support. For international orders, return shipments are the responsibility of the customer for any warranty claims. Please use a traceable shipping method, and the sender must pay all shipping and processing fees for the return shipment. Returns are processed in the order in which they are received.

Customers returning defective items will receive either a replacement, a store credit, or a refund. Orders are eligible for refund up to 30 days after the order was shipped, otherwise store credit or replacement may be issued. Please note that some manufacturers require that all warranty claims be handled directly by the manufacturer themselves. In these cases once a product is no longer in new condition we are unable to accept it as a return, and the customer must work with the manufacturer to get their product repaired or replaced. 

Returns of products in good working order will receive a refund for the price of the item only minus the shipping costs and credit card fees. To receive a full refund for the product price (minus fees), returns must be shipped within 30 days of purchase and received in brand new condition, and all packaging must be included and intact. Returns of opened packages may be accepted under some rare situations, but may be subject to a restocking fee or rejected depending on the condition of the items. We reserve the right to reject returned items if they are in a condition that renders them unsellable as a new product.

As parts of complex systems, failure of one component can result in a crash or damage to other items. The warranty does not cover, and Ready Made RC, LLC is not responsible in any way, for damage to other equipment due to a failure of a component in a system. Our warranty and liability only covers the repair or replacement of the item that can clearly be shown to have failed under the standard warranty conditions.

Ready Made RC, LLC is not responsible in any way for the use, misuse, or any injury or damage to personal property from the use of any equipment purchased from this store. It is the buyers responsibility to use the items safely and legally and to take proper measures to prevent any damage to person or property from the use of the equipment.

Shipping Promotion Details:

Orders are eligible for free shipping if the least expensive shipping option available for the items in the cart is less than 5% of the value of the order. The amount deducted for the shipping discount is the lesser of 5% of the order total, or the lowest priced shipping option available. Customer must select the shipping deal on the shipping selection page or be using a coupon code that includes the shipping deal. Can't be combined with other offers. Some items may be listed by Google as "free shipping" even when the item by itself shipped to your specific address may not actually have a shipping option that is free. This is because there is no way to input the specific details of the shipping deal with Google. Although we cannot guarantee we can offer free shipping in these cases, you can contact us for more details.
