The internal architecture utilizes a premium single-strand copper winding layout that lowers internal phase resistance to 46 mΩ, reducing heat buildup and maximizing current flow efficiency.

The EM3115 features a high-strength M5 steel shaft designed to endure aggressive flight maneuvers and heavy aerodynamic loads without flexing or snapping.
