The Dragon Link Micro Receiver is tiny, and at 10 grams is very light, but it is NOT a " Micro Receiver " in performance !!! The Micro RX is a FULL RANGE, 12 Channel, full performance, full featured receiver. The Micro Receiver outputs PPM, Sbus, Standard PWM servo signals, and is fully compatible with ALL Copters, flight controllers, OSD's, Autopilots, and other FPV devices. The micro receiver is the best oerfirnugm most advanced RC receiver ever made !!! The micro receiver is plug and play, and will work perfectly right out of the box. If you do wish to connect it to your computer, just connect it with any standard Micro USB cable as you would have for your cellphone or camera, and you can access a vast amount of features built in. Features include: Fully configurable channel mapping, Spectrum Analyzer, Emergency Plane Locater Beacon, Built in Memory for Complete System logging, GPS input, and more. The really great thing about this receiver is that each output pin is assignable to any channel that you want. Taranis, Turnigy, And Older RC Transmitters with removable RF module
This cable connects the Dragon Link transmitter to ALL RC transmitters that have a removable RF module. It has standard header pins that you connect to the RF module pins which are exposed once you remove the RF module from the back of your R/C transmitter. This is a very quick and easy way to connect your Dragon Link to your RC/ transmitter, as it provides both PPM and power, and is a one cable connection. It is not required to open the RC transmitter to connect via this cable.
NOTE: This cable will NOT work with the New High End Futabas that have a double row of very Tiny Pins when the RF module is used.
Spectrum, JR, Hitec, and Other 2.4 GHZ Transmitters with no removable RF module
This cable has a small " Mini Audio " type plug that plugs into the DSC or Trainer Port output of modern RC transmitters. This is compatible with ALL Spectrum, and JR RC transmitters regardless of model. This cable is a little harder to connect as the DSC / Trainer ports of this type do NOT supply power to the Dragon Link. This cable also includes a JST power connector that must be connected to an external 2-4 cell LiPo or 5 to 18 volts, for an installation that can be done without opening the RC transmitter.
Note: You can connect to the internal switched power of the RC transmitter, but this will require opening the transmitter and some basic soldering skills.
Futaba Square Trainer Port Connector
This is the quickest and easiest way to connect the Dragon Link Transmitter to any Futaba RC transmitter that has the standard Futaba Square type trainer port. Simply Plug in, activate the trainer port in your Futaba transmitter's computer menu, and it will work. We use a genuine high quality Futaba plug, not the cheap Chinese ones, for reliable connection and operation.

The different antenna extension lengths available is the coax extension length ONLY. All the antennas will perform exactly the same, and have the same range. The coax extension is to mount the antenna elements itself away from the receiver. For a larger plane, the antenna should be mounted in the tail, so a typical coax extension length would be 36 inches ( 90 CM ) to run from the receiver in the front of the fuselage to the tail where the antenna elements are mounted. Antenna elements must be mounted VERTICAL.
For a copter, the direct SMA mount antenna is small and super light. The 15 CM antenna allows mounting of the antenna a short ways away from the receiver, as found on many small copters. The 30 CM is better for larger copters, where the antenna might be further away from the receiver.
OPTIONAL MOUNTING STAND:
The opitonal transmitter mounting bracket is to mount the Dragon Link to the back of RC transmitters that have a thin metal handle ONLY. This will NOT work for transmitters with thicker, plastic rear handles.
