The X500 V2 introduces numerous mechanical refinements over legacy drone frames. The 16mm carbon fiber tube arms are anchored by newly designed, fiber-reinforced nylon connectors featuring convenient alignment notches on both the motor and body sides, resulting in a much easier and perfectly squared assembly process. To give pilots effortless access to core avionics, the internal spacing between the 2mm thick top and bottom center plates has been expanded to a generous 28mm clearance.
