In oversized quadcopter, hexacopter, or octocopter configurations, traditional 4-in-1 electronic speed controllers (ESCs) cannot safely handle the staggering electrical loads. This power distribution board resolves that constraint by providing a highly robust, dedicated foundation for routing power to up to eight individual high-power ESCs. Built with zero active onboard electronics, the board acts as a pure, heavy-duty electrical conduit, making it inherently stable and resilient under extreme voltage spikes and demanding flight profiles.

The structural engineering of the Lucid PDB revolves around maximizing electrical conductivity and thermal performance.
